true...this happened to me with ICICI bank creditcard. It's too bad. I went to CNBC AWAZ. They followed-up with bank and at last I got atleast an apology letter from the bank.

Any products of ICICI is very dangerous. Please always keep track of all your ICICI products. It is full of surprises. They are hiring worst criminals to collect all dues
