finally flipkart was the one who paid me the remaining amount. as per flipkart there was some misunderstanding between standard chartered and flipkart and flipkart didnt want the customer to suffer, so finally the amount refunded by flipkart. I am a happy person now :-)

hi..had a query for you neeraj....what is the mileage that cng wagon r has been giving you with and without ac in delhi?..also what did it cost you on onroad.while starting can wagon r cng(company fitted) be started on cng or we have to 1st start on petrol and then shift to cng?
