You need not service the car from the same dealer from where you have purchased the car. You can get it serviced at any tata authorized service center.

Sure. These cheats and scounderals must have planted the feedback. Pathetic, the call center agents dont know what customer is talking about.
BTW, I have been using Tikona WI BRO after giving Hathway a royal Kick. And oh boy, this one is real fantastic!! Lightning speeds!! And of course, peace of mind!! Ashish
To provide further update, hathway was unable to resolve issue. They said that the engineer would come to my house to look into this. I reached early from office so that I could meet the engineer. But the engineer did not turn up. The local office manager does not pick up my phone knowing very well read more...

Hi, I own Indica Xeta and initially faced milage problem (got 6-7 kmpl). You have not mentioned about the KMS completed. The milage will improve gradually after 1000 KMS and you will touch 9-10 in city driving with A/C. I am being told that this will improve further with with servicing.
