Well thats how the security guys are supposed to be. I have faced it many a time. You can't blame the guy .. its perhaps his angst that is showing. Security guys are very important in the service eco system and most often they are either ignored or abused by the management and we the visitors take t read more...

Strange you claim of the paying only 30% seems very unbelievable. I went through the future focus system as an employee and I know exactly how the company funcitions. They have a lot of credibility. If you want any help do let me know .. i can perhaps take up your case.
