When the staff does not care for you and think that they are doing you a favour by offering seats at around 5% less, wnd when they misbehave with you and have no place to complain. Indigo is not at all for people who do not have the habit of reading all the fineprint. Whta they reduce in ticket fare read more...

Horrified to hear about your experience. I think it is better to avoid Indigo airlines, even if it means a little money lost. Moreover there are no hidden costs in other airlines, and much better service and behavior. - Another Bidhu
