I don't know about the hotels services but i have been using Makemytrip.com since 2 years and i haven't received any problem as such, this is a hotel fault, try to avoid such hotels in future.

Im a regular customer of MakeMyTrip and i have never received any problem while booking my tickets. They have always given me a good customer service compared to yatra and cleartrip.
