@shblr2. my brother in law had tata car initially and he used to tell Me the horror stories of tata service. and I heard from my friends too. You are lucky to get a good service from tata. It may vary depends on service station I think. Any ways sorry for that and I have to say vw service worst Tha read more...

But spare sparts prices are really expensive. Think well before you buy.
I think service cost is ok.since they use only synthetic oil , that itself cost around 5,500. And they replace air filters in the first service. but spare sprays prices
