Hey Feroz, Most 'smuggled' PS2s output in the NTSC format, while those from Sony dealers output in PAL. Your TV should be able to display colors if you get a PAL version. Something else I noticed on this phone is that the volume is very low when using the included earphones.
Yes, the phone does support FM. You need to plug in the earphones though.
