Some of the marketing is designed to make customers think that the programs are aligned with renowned universities. But the use of IIIT instead of IIT shows how Upgrad works. What may look like a reputable university is a private institution named to appear as something else.

I'm not sure which company you're reviewing, but my experience was dismal. The support provided was terrible.

On Feb 16 2022, Upgrad wrote ''Hi Carl, we do not want our learners to have such an experience. We will connect with you shortly to resolve your concern at the earliest. Thank you.'' Yes, totally agree. But why 3/5? Yes, they pester you for every channel possible to bombard you with marketing material, even forcing you to watch adverts to complete courses. I unsubscribed to an email because of it, and stopped receiving important course emails. Their rep then accused me of blocki read more...

I have communicated in detail about my concerns with one of your reps, yet again, offering solutions and have waited nearly two weeks for a response, but received nothing! It seems that Upgrad are unable to record their customers' details correctly and think all their customers are in India. They also post their customers' personal details (or what they think yhey are) in replies to comments. Their response to my review has merely lowered my opinion of this co read more...
