I am from coimbatore. I have been using Airtel DTH for nearly 2 years, even they did not added any new Tamil channel for all these years.

I am from coimbatore. Airtel DTH never cares about the customer’s complaints. What ever request number which we raise will be closed by the local service engineers (first they should have been educated by airtel, how to talk and behave to the customers). Airtel DTH people will never meet the SLA period. Also, everyday the service engineer would all the us (customers) and ask for the address (though they have in paper) and promise us that they will come today. But never. Please check with the customer care department about the charge. Becos, currently me (from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu) also facing the similar situation. Please check with the customer care whether you have subscribed to any value-added services. Sometimes, they do on their own. I faced similar situation. Then i emailed 'Strongly' to the nodalofficer and even got amount refunded to my prepaid account balance. Surely they will not allow any customer t read more...
