Never care or value a customer

I placed an order for 4GB pendrive+8gb pendrive free(order no.:IN1309110352). on Sep 13th 2011. Till Sep 18th 2011, status of the order was’Ready to ship’ but promised delivery date was 20 Sep 2011. Then I sent a’Strong’ email to the customer care, then status got changed to’Shipped’ and received the consignment number as’F11270240’. However till today 21st Sep 2011 15.00 Hrs, product was not delivered. Also consignment number serves no purpose for the customer to track the product. I regret for using this e-commerce site. I never recommend to any one in future. Poor and worst service. They never bothered about the customers. Also, never came across this much worst e-commerce site.
