This is paid news by the Goibibo site people. Most of the people faced problem through goibibo and the customer care is full of unprofessionals and cheaters . They even don't reply to your emails and phone calls . SO how he can be satisfied after booking tickets.

booking is very easy because you are paying money but getting refund and service is painful. I booked my hotel seeing discount but got worst room on over priced rate. We faced same problem . we booked our hotel through Goibibo and paid 8000 Rs for worst hotel . We even didnt get good room . same problem we faced they didnt inform to the hotel about the booking and we booked super deluxe room but we got simple ordinary room . Over priced I know about the charges but we paid over priced for simple room. when we were getting better room on lower price We booked e A/C Super Deluxe Room-(Special Package) but got simple A/C room with Twin beds .
