It is a private college that has got an AAAA rating. It was established in the year 1994 and the campus size is 30 acres. 

The course here will cost approximately 6.18 lakhs and there are 120 seats that are available in computer science and engineering. In Electronics and telecommunications, information technology and mechanical engineering there are 60 seats. 

The faculty here is a combination of good and bad faculties. As you progress in your course, the faculty keeps getting better and better. 

This place has a library, girl's hostel, boy's hostel, gym, cafeteria and IT infrastructure. 

The average pay package is 4.5 lakhs per annum and the highest pay package last year was 39 lakhs.

Description

College of Engineering (COE), Pune was established in 1854. It is a government college that is autonomous. It is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. It has got an AAAA+ ranking in engineering. The campus size is 37 acres and is located at the confluence of the rivers Mula and Mutha. 

    The facilities that are available in the college includes    a gym, an auditorium, a boy's hostel, a girl's hostel, a library, IT infrastructure and laboratories. They also have a hospital and sports complex. The campus is very well-maintained and the hostels are better than average. The faculty is skilled and helpful; however there are some faculties that lack miserably. 

They have an annual technical festival called MindSpark, which unites various departments of engineering and features about 50 events across various disciplines of engineering. It also hosts Regatta, which showcases boats. 

Some of the courses that they offer here are B.Tech in computer engineering, B.Tech in Mechanical engineering, B.Plan and B.Tech civil engineering. There are 120 seats in computer engineering and mechanical engineering and 60 seats in B.Plan and B.Tech Civil Engineering. The fees for these courses are 3.46 lakhs for 4 years, which is very reasonable; however getting into this college is quite tough. The JEE Mains cut-off varies every year but approximately you will need a score of 170 to qualify for civil engineering, 189 for computer engineering, 181 for IT engineering, 178 for electrical engineering, 180 for Electronics and telecommunications engineering, 172 for instrumentation engineering, 182 for mechanical engineering, 163 for production engineering.  In 2017, the closing rank in the MH-CET exam for civil engineering was 1496, for computer engineering was 242, for electrical engineering was 1128, for electronics and telecommunication engineering is 850 and instrumentation and control engineering is 1557, for B.Tech in mechanical engineering it is 685 max. 

The companies that visit the campus for placement include Bajaj auto, Tata Motors, Hero Corp, Ashok Leyland and the highest pay package that a student got in 2017 was by D. E. Shaw and the pay package was 29. 20 LPA.

Description

Pune Institute of computer technology was established in 1983. It is a private, unaided college that is located in Dhankawadi, Pune. It is affiliated to University of Pune and is approved by AICTE. It has got a B+ grade by NAAC. 

The college has many facilities like a library, a cafeteria, a hostel, a gym, a hospital, an auditorium, music room, dance room and laboratories. It also has seminar rooms halls and amphitheater. The college is well-equipped, but there is less space. There is no ground to play sports; only a basketball court is available. The canteen food is not great at all. 

Some of the courses offered here are B. E in computer engineering, information technology, electronics and telecommunications engineering, computer engineering. You need to get at least 145 marks in MH-CET to qualify for BE Electronics and Telecom Engineering. You need to get 154 to get into information technology, 167 to get into computer engineering. The faculty is highly educated and has good knowledge. They complete the whole syllabus of each subject and your studies get completed in the classroom only. 

The courses cost INR 3.84 lakhs and there are 180 seats in computer engineering and electronics and telecommunication and information technology. There are 60 seats in computer engineering. 

The college has an art circle group, where students from all classes and departments, who are interested in art, painting and music are welcome. 

Companies like Accenture, Rakuten-Tokyo, NTTDATA Japan come for interview and placements. If you are able to clear Rakuten's interview, they will give you about 28 lakhs per year package.

Is a private institute that was established in the year 2008. It has an AAAA ranking and is located in Mulshi. It is affiliated to Symbiosis International, Pune-Lavale Hill Top Campus. 

The facilities are available here is a good hostel, which has spacious rooms that have three beds and independent cupboards and separate bathrooms for each room, a library, a gym, an auditorium, a hospital, sports complex. The laboratories have advanced facilities and modern equipment. Many of the faculties are research graduates (Ph.D.) and they also let you assist on several experiments or research papers. They are experts in their fields, especially the HOD of civil engineering is good. 

The fee for computer science engineering, information technology and mechanical engineering is 10.40 lakhs. The number of seats that are available for electronics and telecommunication is 120 seats, for civil engineering is 60 seats, for mechanical engineering is 120 seats and for computer science and engineering are 60 seats. 

The placements are good for computer science and information technology and decent for electronics and telecommunication and mechanical. It is not that good for civil. The packages are anywhere between 4 lakhs to 26 lakhs per annum.

Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune has been established in 1983. It has got AAAA rating in engineering. It is located in Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra. The campus is 17 acres. 

Computer engineering has 120 seats here, electronics and telecommunications has 120 seats as well, BE mechanical has 90 seats and civil engineering has 60 seats. The fees of the courses here are 10.40 lakhs. 

This place has a boy's hostel, a library, an auditorium, IT infrastructure, hospital, cafeteria, sports complex, gym and Wi-Fi. There are two grounds here; one for basketball and the other for cricket. 

The faculty is not that good, but decent and they do give advice and guidance in ways that they can. The highest pay package is 24 lakhs and the average pay package is 4.8 lakhs and the companies that come here for placements are Barclays, Siemens, Microsoft, Reliance, IBM, Infosys and Accenture.

The courses that are available here are computer engineering, information technology, electronics and telecommunication engineering, mechanical engineering, instrumentation and control engineering, production engineering and civil engineering. You need to get 88 marks in MH-CET to get in BE electronics and telecom engineering, 120 in computer engineering, 107 in mechanical, 102 in information technology, 88 in civil engineering. 

The campus has a tennis court, badminton hall, basketball court and football ground. This place also has an amphi theatre, a conference room, an auditorium, a library and a computer center. There is also a gym, a hospital and medical facilities. There is also a library and cafeteria here. This place also has a laboratory. The faculty is encouraging and supportive and are always there to clear any doubts and they stay up-to-dated with the recent trends, which help them to take proper decisions. 

Since, it is a private university; the fees are a little expensive. It is around 1.30 lakhs per year. 

The companies that come for recruitment are Zenstar, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Hexaware, Capgemini. The highest pay package is 33 lakhs, while the average pay package is 6.6 lakhs.

It is located in vadgaon/ambegaon and is accredited by NAAC with "A" Grade. It is a private institution that was founded in 1996. 

The college offers 8 undergraduate programs for a four year duration, which are mechanical engineering, electronics and telecommunication engineering, computer engineering, chemical engineering, information technology, production engineering, civil engineering, bio-technology. 

The college as well as the hostel has Wi-Fi. There is a 24x7 central library with a digital room. There is a swimming pool, a table tennis, a lawn tennis as well as volleyball court. The food available in the canteen is good, but the canteen is always crowded. The laboratories are also well-equipped. It also has an auditorium. 

The engineering course costs INR 5.01 lakhs here and the cut-off for getting in this college is 25700 maximum closing rank for biotechnology, 15515 is the maximum closing rank for chemical engineering, 15554 for civil and 7263 for computer engineering. The companies that come here are Accenture, cognizant, capgemini, HSBC and many others. The average pay package is 3.5 lakhs to 4 lakhs per annum.

The college has 101 laboratories, 43 classrooms and 21 tutorial rooms, a 5-storied library with more than 69,000 books, 19,000 volumes. 

The campus has a very lush green environment. It has a good football pitch. It also has a boy's hostel, library, auditorium, IT infrastructure, girl's hostel, hospital, transportation facility and banks facility. It also has a gym. The entire campus is Wi-Fi-enabled. The laboratories are too good and there are three/four canteens. 

The courses offered here are B.Tech in computer engineering, B.Tech in Mechanical engineering, B.Tech in computer engineering, B.Tech in civil engineering, B.Tech in chemical engineering. 

The fees are 4.80 lakhs and there are 120 seats for each department out of which 102 are in the open category. The companies that come here for placement are Capgemini, Adobe, Deloitte, Flipkart, Hindustan Unilever, Hitachi, HP, IBM, Mahindra and Mahindra etc. The minimum salary is 2.50 lakhs and the maximum salary is 9.20 lakhs.

There are is a gym, hostel, library, hospital, auditorium and laboratories here. The fees are 4.40 lakhs. The infrastructure of the college is good. This place has a good library, a cafeteria, a hostel, a sports complex, a hospital, an auditorium and laboratories. The food at the cafeteria is not good, except the vada pav. 

The faculty is good, but they are not able to complete the syllabus on time. They have two fests, Jhankar and Fastrack. 

The closing rank for round 1 in MHT-CET for computer engineering is 20432, 32597 is the maximum closing rank for electronics and telecommunications, 42098 is the maximum closing rank in mechanical engineering. 

The average pay package that you get  is 2.40 lakhs per annum.

The rank that you need to get in MAHA-CET to get a seat in chemical engineering is 24818 maximum closing rank, 16767 is the maximum closing rank for civil engineering, 13159 is the maximum closing rank, 13159, 17597 is the maximum closing rank for electrical engineering. 

There are 120 seats for civil engineering, 60seats for chemical engineering, and 120 seats in mechanical and 60 seats in computer engineering.
