brokerage was still ok with me as long as it was giving good service. I have seen my friends cribbing about icicidirect not opening at crucial times. But anyways this was some 6 months back. may be they have installed few more servers to handle the increasing number of customers. haven't faced such read more...
I agree with you that there are some nasty reviews too. Even I was surprised when I came across few reviews here few days back and I was surprised as I had not faced such problems.
