Not resolved The issue was not resolved by Makemytrip. i just gave up.

No The issue was NOT resolved. It was not worth the effort following up with Makemy trip, so I just let it go, and gave up all hope of a refund.

Now, 5 days after the cheque has been cleared by my bank, and still no connection, I asked for a refund. Hathway rep says the payment does not show in our records, so can't refund. So now, Hathway steals your money too!

I agree, Samsung customer care is lousy. I have had terrible experiences with them. A brand new split AC was fitted badly, the outdoor unit rattles, the indor unit makes a noise, and almost 1 month after buying it, there has been no attempt by Samsung to address the issue.
