Hi All, Posted the same complaint on Facebook, my friend responded that his money has not been refunded too. Will probably approach consumer court for this malpractice.
There is no update on this after sending screenshot of bank statement. They are asking for 4 working days to just verify that I have not received the refund. I think I should have read reviews on Mouthshut.com before proceeding with payment. I seriously think the money is going to disappear.
Now I have been asked to send a screenshot of my account statement, that again is breach of privacy. This online portal seems to be very shady. I am online with customer care, scared if the call will be disconnected or my money will be gone.
I finally was able to get in touch with customer care on 6th July. After 12 calls (7 connected, others were disconnected), they have agreed to cancel the order. 10th July - Finally managed to get in touch and after 5 different calls, managed to get industrybuying people to process my refund.
