Had very similar experience with this guatamco regarding SD Cards. Biggest cheats i have come across. They should be blacklisted. They spoil the online shopping experience.

Thank you all for the comments. @pkm1: Defect or replacement is secondary. Primarily, they are selling the feature without providing functionality for the same. Promised later, but never delivered.
