Hi KinKin, I believe your calculations are correct. If you check the prices of Orange County Resort, Kumarakom Lake Resort, Leela etc you might find them even worse VFM. Two doubts. Hi Dedkik, yes, the annual fees is a big drawback. For me now, as I have completed my membership fees the annual fees of 1K / N is the only outgo for the next 24 yrs.
