thats right. my uncle bought the linea and the same issue arised. only 4 alloys amd the spare is a steel rim. he contacted fiat regarding this. the answer he got was the same. the spare wheel is to be replaced once the regular one is fixed. he was though ready to buy the fifth alloy for INR 2500/- F read more...

Did you check the alternator belt? If not get it checked and do the required setting or replace it. If the belt is perfect may be you’ll have to change the nuts and bolts that hold the alternator in its place. The alternator might tend to move from its place if these are loose.
