I have a similar view on the design of this water purifier. It's made unnecessarily complex and also difficult to maintain. I got a call from PureIt around 6 times to ask if the ''problem is sorted''. My complaint was about the design and bad service, not the particular symptomatic problem just co read more...

Darpan, We had a different but equally bad experience with the Hindustan Unilever PureIt machine that we've been using for less than an year now. A far simpler, useful and elegant machine we found in the Usha Brita manual-fill one, which we have been using for years. Seriously regret moving to HUL read more...
