Do try them. I too was sceptical - have only ever flown Jet on domestic sectors and KF once / twice. Flew with Indigo for the first time - that too, because the timing suited me and was pleasantly surprised.

I agree with Prateek S's comments, despite being a Maharaja Club Member - the airline is a disgrace! I used to fly regularly with Air India, but now have completely stopped flying with them. Agreed its pathetic! They are more than happy to let you accumulate points but when the time comes to redeem them, all they show is sold out - even for dates 8 months in advance!
