I feel these days nationalised banks are getting lot better in customer service. I had a very good experience with SBI Bank Mico Layout as well. Similarly good experience with two Indian Banks(Jayanagar and JP Nagar). In SBI JP Nagar, the manager was so kind and explained to us for over 30min when w read more...
I have the same experience with BHW Birla Home Finance. I tried to move away from one devil and was to be trapped by other. But without success, i am still with the known devil.
