I Agree on the after sales service. Carrier is pathetic on that part. I also have the same product and it has been running for more than 3 years. But never had any issues with it. Your might have some other constraints. But you could have given it a try to get a new PAN card for your son (can get it in 3 weeks). It is just a number the bank fellows want and your son would definitely need one any way in a few years if not now.

ICICI is full of cheats. They loot the public and simply harass their way to earn cheap profit. Beware of them and slam them hard whenever you get the opportunity.

These banks randomly pick the customers and simply loot. Do not give any chance by being careless on paying bills or anything that is related to these cheats. Stick to a disciplined approach and fight these cheats.
