Its good that you have written a mail to them however you have to keep calling to tech process customer care. Ask them to raise your concerns to Timtara team.

First of all ask them to cancel the order immediately. If the payment gateway is of Atom Technology then call the following number and ask them to cancel the order. Atom Contact Number: 022-66864095 The Atom customer care is very kind and helpful.
Hi Ankit, You have to be patient. It took 25 Days in my cast but definitely I got the money back. BTW, which is payment gateway in your case?
