I have been reimbursed with the amount of the offer. @ Sangeetha - I am not so sure why I should not be mentioning Sangeetha in the comments - as an end customer, all I want is my legitimate offer and I should not be running around your stores or for that matter writing at least 100 emails read more...
My concerns have been addressed by Club Mahindra and I am grateful to them for that.

I am not a bit surprised. Club mahindra is an unresponsive, pathetic and unethical organization.
