My golf game and exercise keeps me in shape as I am 75 years old and enjoy learning new things. Love the Internet, writing, arts & crafts and life in general. I love to write so hope to bring some older points of view to any subject I think I can give advice on, either good or bad. HELLO TO ALL FROM GRANDGRAM. My interests are many, from my best friend my husband, our family, golf, internet, politics, arts & crafts and life in general We spend 8 months in Iowa and 4 months in Texas. We have good friends in each place and enjoy the time in both. We have a condo in Iowa and a townhouse in Texas. We have family that lives in both places, so have a chance to spend time with them whenever possible. Our grandchildren are great friends and have many that love to spend time with us.

Movies are being made for the immature audiances. What a shame not to have more intelligent movies so people can learn from such things. Thanks for your comment on my salt review. I appreciate the suggestion of using Carob, will check that out.

I am caffeine sensative so have to go easy on coffee and tea. At least tea has less caffeine but enough to set off my blood pressure machine. Good review

This place is outstanding, I have visited there once and had a great time. Went with my daughter, her son and a friend. We all had a great time. It is Awesome.

I can't tolerate much caffeine, it is a way that I have to control my blood pressure along with no salt. This way I do not need to take any medication. I only have one decaf in the morning. Caffeine does not affect my husband in anyway, guess it is to each his own.
Your suggestion are very good. I still love the feel of books. It may not be long and the Audio books will be what I may need. I will be 76 next week, who know when the eyes will becme dim. Love your review.
This is my favorite TV news channel. My TV stays on this channel all day, and my favorite is Bill O'Reilly. Love his recent book, also have his first novel. Great review
