These guys are so lame and pathetic. Though I have already cancelled my registration, they have sent the papers to the bank for ECS registeration. I got the sms from bank today that same has been registered. I have written again to CM (ID 7223317) to cancel it immediately. This company should be bet read more...
I have still not received any response in written than when the amount will be refunded. Its been 4 days now that I have filed my cancellation. I myself made a call to their office, and got the reply that amount will be refunded in 30 days. The sales agent has not responded to my calls or messages.
The whole day has passed and no one has called me regarding the request I placed. I just spoke to one of the customers like me who had to chase many people before getting his refund, that too by making too many escalations.
