I had requested for a relocation on 2nd of July 2011 and today is 22nd of july 2011 but the relocation has not been done still. They are at it againg!!!! There is not installation but I am being charged on daily basis as the team is delaying the installation without any reason. Dear Ritacerma, I do not think there is any complaint against the installation process. It is against the services post sales services and support. Teharding the correction of facts as known to me, I am indebted to you for ever for the knowledge sharinf.

Ever time there any service request or change in services required I have had a horrible time. These people are just thugs and they know what they are doing else what would be the reason for ensuring that you do not have any option for providing a feedback to them.
