Voltas doesn't have its own service centers. They have a tie up with cheap private service centers who don't have proper service engineers. One of the boys told us that they dont even get their salary for months. One of the service person who was a little senior was telling the junior not to atte read more...
Thanks for showing concern Rajesh. The PCB of the unit is faulty. I have mentioned that in my review. There is no problem of gas leakage. I have written several mails to GM sales Mr. KD Virmani, and CC to other higher people in Voltas but all in vain. They turned deaf ears. Sorry, but you ha read more...
