Club Mahindra has continued on their same path over last many years. Once they sell the membership, they leave customer with no bookings. It is a useless deal. I think some kind of class action suite is required to close down such unscrupulous businesses.

Talk to Anand Dear Madam / Sir I dont have an individual problem which you can solve. You have far too many members compared to room capacity. It is better you talk to Anand Mahindra to resolve this instead of me. Thanks Vivek

Club Mahindra is a good brand due to advertising but a waste in customer service. I have met many dissatisfied members who share the same story of not getting reservations and poor resort quality. Completely agree. Club Mahindra does not have rooms to accomodate members but they are busy selling to Non-Members. It is like being cheated for buying something for so much of money. I completely agree. I purchased a red membership from them and now regretting it. There is no availability. It is not for family. A very good company and product has become useless.

I am red member too with club Mahindra. I think the resorts which they own are good. However there are only two problems (1) The associate resorts are poor quality (2)They have very less inventory to serve rooms. Whenever I call them, the reservation is not available. I am a club mahindra red member. I think their (owned) resorts are good (which are few). Most of the time you dont get reservations. It is waste to buy a red membership. It is good if you buy a blue membership because there is no difference in availability and bookings.
