@Vishal_D Just because @vkssreedharan is visiting after a long time and comment on my post, it doesn't make FnY a reliable or good service company. There are plenty of people who have given bad reviews about FnY, so obviously there is some truth there!
- my final comment on this order is that thanks to one customer care person, my ordeal was made much easier and solved. - the only way to get fny to pay attention to your complaint is to write it on mouthshut.com and to get talking to ONE customer care person and ask that person to call you back read more...

I have no personal connection to Fortis, except that my sister in law had both her kids there and my mother in law has been there for a couple of operations.
