i dont think you can expect people to have favourable opinions about a service provider after being promised something absolutely basic. and then getting zero response. if they were not in a position to fulfill they shouldnt have committed. simple. and their response level is pathetic. its read more...

vivian i ordered my copy well in advance - 9 days before promised delivery date. and the authentication is done online while purchase is taking place...
