Yes, the act of vandalism is bad and should be investigated but the fact of the matter is this hospital is ill equipped and doest not have the infrastructute and staff to handle serious cases. This is just a lab and a first aid center

True that the vandalism is bad and the guilty be punished but that does not absolve the hospital and it's staff of their negligence in handling this situation.
