Dear Mishra I can feel your anguish and pain. I had the same experience yesterday. My Mother was discharged from the Hospital after 3 days in ICU and the cashless was denied by Star Health. Thanks Kamallove. Addendum: Now they are asking me to pay 200 INR for name change and 200 INR for inspection. Basically I have to pay for their mistakes. The inspection happened just one month earlier and now they want to do it again. Money fleecing company - IFFCO TOKIO.
