And if the Offer letter says Production Support, forget about being moved on to S/W dept. They are trapping you.
Never join a company with a Bond. That itself is an indication that the employees are not happy and the organization has high attrition rate.

Since you have already been re leaved, there is no option for you but to join Polaris unless you can quickly find elsewhere.

Small IT companies seem to be well preferred option these days. MNC companies just care about their profit and employees career is taken granted.
