200% agreed on whatever you have written my friend. I am also an unfortunate resident. This place will make you feel like you live in a very backward village. Even I made the mistake of renting and regret. The building do not have any electricity connection (thanks Nitesh for not paying electricity bills for that temp connection) and now we are totally on the mercy of generators which usually go out of order. Also water is a big issue. Water gets finished read more...
