I agree with Mr. LogiCool (It is Hitachi AC brand name). I do have worst experience with Daikin. Product may be good but they need to strengthen Customer Service in an emergency mode if they need to retain customer base. They should learn from other players like Samsung, Whirlpool etc., I bou read more...
