Hi 1457A, You mean to say that WS retail which has sold the product can sell any garbage and get away with it and Flipkart can also take shelter by saying that the seller won't accept. If this is so i have good business idea, we go around the shops and buy all the damaged/defective products read more...

Well my complaint is with WS retail only as they have shipped a defective product and the return policy includes return of original box, price label blah blah blah. They have built in so may requirements that the return of defective products becomes impossible. With this i have a fresh idea and m read more...
