Very very slow to react ,Do the customers have to go through Mouth shut .com .even then it took 3 weeks to send the technician.
Please note that my service request number 2015629256. Dated 1st Feb. Received a message allocating a technician Mr Shyamlal Jayaram, Mob:7558899196 Tried contacting him several times, finally 3rd day he picked and advised me to call another number 9846666587.
