Dear d_ray1, What you are saying is absolutely correct. I had informed the bank about this fraud within 15mins once i received the sms (saying that rs.21000 has been debited from your account).The confirmation mail or sms which you are talking about I have received none of those. and regarding ch read more...

I have also been cheated, they have changed the scheme of 399 unlimited to 590 unlimited without my permission, when I contacted the customer service they have blamed it on me and after I disconnected the service, they have charged me for the bill after disconnection.....
