Commented on own review
An update on this. The company denied the claim for frivolous reasons. I took up the matter to the Insurance Ombudsman who ruled in my favor. As a result, I finally got what was due to me. I believe it is safe to say that this is one company I will avoid for my life and health insurance needs.
