I agree with you and mausali. My items were also damaged and the unpacking was done very late.. The bed and TV never got assembled and I had to bring in my own carpenter to fit the bed and a person from Sony to fit my TV, even though I was told that everything including the TV and Bed will be assemb read more...

The DRS goup is a big cheater.. I have had the same experience with them after paying extra from what all other movers and packers were charging.

I totally agree with you. I have had the same experience with them.. They take too long for packing and at the end they start taking shortcuts by putting items without packing properly.
