Just passing a statement that the bank is horrible does not make it horrible. I would appreciate if you can enumerate clearly (with some examples of your interactions) as to why you think the bank is not good.

And off late I have seen some agents promising assured returns! Assured Returns in a insurance policy driven by market factors!!! and sadly enough people fall for it ULIP is a good tool otherwise in long term - but it turns me off when I see these agents hardselling it.

its not that we are against your writing the comment - your concern for other passengers is welcome - but please understand that labelling somebody as thief based on a flimsy evidence is raising questions about integrity of that person which is quite a serious allegation...
