Readers, you still have lot more to know the Benefits of using Reliance. The customer support had committed over email and phone calls that they will wavered OFF the money for 4 days when the network was not working but all can be done after the payment of bill. Now after paying the amount they are read more...
All, dont jump into this drainage called 'Reliance' as money spend on here is going to be waste as i did. Also the time you spend in complaints/calls all will be in vain. I have already raised more than 50 complaints as of now.and the customer supports before payment of bill will say they will reso read more...
Now after i pay the bill amount, customer service is saying that they can't resolve the network issue as its cost effective for the company. Really a b*** s*** reasons telling by such people sitting in the service. I have never ever saw such service in my life... giving all false sales.
