Hi I am just started undergoing similar problem with an adhoc amount of Rs 40, 000/- Being asked to settle it for Rs 15000/-. I do not know if you could get the solution, but i will like to get this off my back. The HSBC guys are threatening to go legal. What is your view. regards mayank
