It is a very informative article. But I just would alike a feed back on 'what is the harm if I use the air conditioner in DRY MODE' and how do I ascertain if the coils both inside and outside are made of copper.

I am saddened that a company of TATA's repute will fall so deficient in rendering service to their customers. I too lodged a complaint with CUSTOMER CARE of Tata Voltas and the service docket no. allotted to me was 14042705098 dated 27-0402014, but that is all.
