It's half perception and half experience that talks on behalf of you. Sorry to hear about your experiences folks. Wish I could send a screenshot of the total number of items I ordered so far. Not all good reviews are paid.
Dr_K, I returned just once and that was more to do with size and not quality. The best part is they accept returns with a smile and trust me, the return was completely hassle free.
