After following up for so many days, i at last got the product delivered on the 9th of October. As luck would have it, i got a damaged product this time. Order ID 2931075402?. I called up customer support last morning to check the status and they told me we will give you a call back in 4 hours. Its been 24 hours without any callback. Sending emails to Customer Support, I keep getting new Request ID along with a Automated Email. Nobody is really bot read more...
Update: I recieved nothing less than 4 calls from the customer care apologizing profusely. The best part is I got the magazine the very next day. Wish they had been so prompt from the very beginning.
