Exact same situation here bro. Exact same situation. I have received a response like you from the same guy Mukti and even after 3 days from that , they have not even made an attempt to contact me. The customer support computer generated mail, was posted on 7th., and still no contact from their pathetic customer support! Robbery in daylight! Friends I urge you, never ever shop from their site!

I think this guy is paid by snapdeal. Fake review. I have made an order on 15th Oct, which they themselves returned, without giving a refund and avoiding my mails. Complete freudsters
