Exact same situation here bro. Exact same situation. I have received a response like you from the same guy Mukti and even after 3 days from that , they have not even made an attempt to contact me. I think this guy is paid by snapdeal. Fake review. I have made an order on 15th Oct, which they themselves returned, without giving a refund and avoiding my mails. Complete freudsters
