In my opinion commets from aneeshjoy is not applicable for all sectors/routes. I mentioned in my mail that irctc helpline acknowledged the overloading factor. It happens quite often. IRCTC seems to be working on load balancing.

I agree with the reviewer that there is no justification for giving 25% refund only. Ideally I would expect that not more than 25% would be deducted if the ticket is cancelled 24 hours before depurture. Theoretically speaking thunder strike shouldn't effect quality of TV signals. However, your TV is connected to the mains hence there is probability of signal disruption due electric line induced disturbance.

Hi, An STB with HDMI is capable of decoding High Definition signal. A HD set top box usually costs 5-10 times more expenssive than standard defintion set top boxes.
